Yes, but you will want to bring your own device. 

Each library meeting room has a monitor (with an HDMI cable) and a Logictech Meetup camera (with an USB cable) that facilitate video conferencing.  

If your device doesn't have an HDMI port, there is equipment in the room that connects your device to the monitor wirelessly. See the instructions on how to use this equipment here.
