The Doctor of Education Committee made a policy decision on April 27, 2010 that the final dissertation that was approved and submitted to the Office of Doctoral Studies for the degree award and which is then forwarded to the Teachers College Library and ProQuest is the final document and may not be changed subsequently even for minor errors such as misspellings.
