Need an item that says CLOSED STACK in EDUCAT+?

Historical collections are stored in the basement and must be retrieved for your use by Library staff. You can request paging ("Request a Hold") for an item via EDUCAT+, once you are signed in with your UNI and password.

You will be notified by email when your material is waiting for you on the Hold Shelf behind the 1st Floor Service Desk.

Items will be retrieved in less than 48 hours.

Many CLOSED STACK items can be checked out.

Rare or fragile items must be used within the Closed Collections Reading Room of Russell Hall.

Children's Fiction, Pre-1990
Curriculum Materials, Pre-1990
Research Resources, Pre-1950
